Thai green curry - a meat dish, especially loved by tourists for the island, slightly sweet taste with a delicate aroma of coconut. Green curry being prepared on the basis of a special paste consisting of green chili peppers and various spices. Green curry, like most Thai dishes, usually served with hot boiled jasmine rice.
Ingredients: chili, lemongrass, shallots, garlic, salt, galangal, shrimp paste, coriander seeds, kafir lime zest.
